Meet Sabahath Jaleel, MD FACR

Dr. Sabahath Jaleel is a board-certified, fellowship-trained rheumatologist and the founder of Thrive Rheumatology and Arthritis Center. After caring for patients throughout the Pottstown, Boyertown, Gilbertsville, Limerick, Royersford, Collegeville and surrounding communities for many years, she is excited to open her own practice and continue serving the community she has come to know and love.

Thrive Rheumatology and Arthritis Center was founded with a simple vision: to provide compassionate, personalized rheumatology care in a welcoming environment where patients feel heard, respected, and empowered to take an active role in their health. Dr. Jaleel believes that strong physician-patient relationships are the foundation of exceptional care and is committed to partnering with each patient throughout their journey.

Dr. Jaleel completed her Internal Medicine residency at AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center in New Jersey, where she was selected to serve as Chief Resident. She then completed her Rheumatology fellowship at MetroHealth Medical Center / Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio.

Throughout her training, Dr. Jaleel received numerous awards recognizing her clinical excellence, leadership, and commitment to compassionate patient care. Her research in systemic sclerosis (scleroderma) and psoriatic arthritis has been presented at the American College of Rheumatology, reflecting her dedication to advancing the field of rheumatology.

Dr. Jaleel has special interests in the diagnosis and treatment of osteoporosis, rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, spondyloarthritis, and other autoimmune and inflammatory diseases. She believes that exceptional care begins with listening. Guided by the Golden Rule—treating others as she would want her own family to be treated—she partners closely with each patient to develop a personalized treatment plan that aligns with their goals, lifestyle, and long-term well-being.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Jaleel enjoys spending time with her family, playing pickleball, gardening, and traveling to experience different cultures and perspectives.
